CEO & Founder

He founded SALBEN Group in 2004 and has led the company through two decades of growth, technical development, and market leadership.Under his direction, SALBEN became the first Central Asian member of GRCA International and built the region's most capable GRC/GFRC production infrastructure.

Sagi Turkbaev

Head of SALBEN

Sagi leads the engineering team behind SALBEN's mix formulations and fixing systems, developed for Kazakhstan's extreme climate and seismic conditions. He works directly with architects and structural engineers from the first drawing, so complex designs become buildable solutions.

Maksim Kalinin

Head of SALBEN BLOCK

Maksim is the main point of contact for developers and contractors, taking projects from consultation through delivery and installation. He specializes in large-scale and time-critical projects where schedules are tight and coordination matters.

Natalia Kim

Head of SALBEN GRG, UHPC

Natalia oversees quality standards across both the Almaty and Astana factories, from raw material testing to final panel inspection. She has been with SALBEN for over 10 years and makes sure every element meets GRCA International and ISO requirements before it leaves the plant.

Almas manages daily operations across both factories, coordinating a team of over 200 production specialists. Under his leadership, SALBEN keeps a production capacity of more than 100,000 m² a year without compromising the handcrafted quality of every panel.
